About

A small desk that reads the fine print

Payline Bureau exists because casino comparison in the UK too often means a wall of buttons and a prayer. We compare a short list of licensed operators properly — terms first — and we're plain about how the site earns its keep.

What this site is

An independent comparison and review site for UK online casinos. We shortlist a handful of UKGC-licensed operators, score them against twelve published criteria, and keep the reviews current. We are not an operator, not a regulator, and not owned by any brand we cover; no games run here, no accounts are held here, and no money passes through here in any direction. If you play, you play on the operator's site under the operator's terms.

What we refuse to do

The working method: read everything, write down what holds up.

How the money works

The site is funded by affiliate commissions. When you open an account through one of our links, the operator may pay us a fee; that fee never changes what we write, and the same links carry rel="sponsored" so search engines know the arrangement too. The long version lives in our affiliate disclosure.

The editorial line

Gambling is entertainment with a known cost, and we write about it that way. Every page on this site assumes you're an adult deciding how to spend an evening — not an investor, and not a mark. That's also why safer-gambling resources appear on every page: GamCare, GambleAware and GamStop do serious work, free.

Corrections

Operators change terms quietly and often. If something here has drifted out of date, write to us — a correction usually ships within a few days, and the homepage date moves when scores do.
